Somersfield Academy's M4 students designed shelters for the homeless, learning about the systemic causes of homelessness and engaging with experts from Home. The project aimed to challenge stereotypes and create practical, sustainable solutions for housing, while raising awareness of homelessness in Bermuda.

Cait Kirwan ‘34 won 1st in the 13 & Under category as its youngest-ever winner. Zarah Siddiqi ‘26 claimed 1st for 18 & Under, with Sophie Farrer ‘31 as a runner-up.

Somersfield Academy Alumni Present Scholarship Award
Somersfield Academy alumni, through their Betta Dais network, presented their second scholarship funded by their annual golf fundraiser at St. Regis Golf Course in Bermuda. They raised $7,000 to support a bursary for Shiloh Stevens, a promising student, who has joined the school in 2024. Alumni, including Marquis and Jai Burgess, emphasise giving back and mentoring, highlighting the Somersfield's commitment to inspiring socially conscious, independent thinkers.
