Primary Boys B and Girls East Central Zone Six-a-Side Tournament at BFA Field

Friday, November 1—We are thrilled to share the results of the Primary Boys B and Girls teams, who both performed exceptionally well and have qualified for the finals!

Primary Girls Team The Primary Girls team was initially nervous, as for many of them, this was their first football game. They showed tremendous spirit and skill, winning all three of their matches and securing their spot in the finals:

• Game 1: 2-0 win against Prospect
  Goal scorers: Eva Desjardins, Molly Morton

• Game 2: 1-0 win against Elliott
  Goal scorer: Eva Desjardins

• Game 3: 1-0 win against MSA
  Goal scorer: Eva Desjardins

Our Primary Girls Football players for the 6 a side tournament:

• Myla Desjardins
• Taya Eromin
• Aela Fraser
• Molly Morton
• Annie Murphy
• Sydney Peixoto
• Aleisha Siddiqi
• Davi Wade

The girls finished as the top team of the day and will play in the finals at Shelly Bay Field on Wednesday, November 6th. Congratulations to them on an amazing performance!

• Game 2: 3-0 win against Elliott
  Goal scorers: Yannick Courcy, Marcus Cann, Eliott Nappee

• Game 3: 1-3 loss to MSA
  Goal scorer: Yannick Courcy

Despite the loss in the third game, the boys accumulated enough points to qualify for the finals, also scheduled at Shelly Bay Field on Wednesday, November 13th.

We would like to extend our congratulations and gratitude to Coach Rychus from the LB Football Academy. His dedication and inspirational coaching have been instrumental in guiding all our Primary football teams to the finals!

Dates of the Finals:
• Wednesday, November 6th – Primary Girls finals
• Wednesday, November 13th – Primary Boys B finals
• Wednesday, November 20th – Primary Boys A finals

All of the finals will take place at Shelly Bay.
